1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Repo Management you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Acceptable use

• Reviews must be based on genuine customer experiences.
• You may not incentivise, fabricate or bulk-post reviews.
• You may not use the platform for unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
• You are responsible for complying with Google's review policies.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and AI credits

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. AI credits are allocated per billing cycle, are consumed on each AI generation and do not roll over unless stated in your plan.

5. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily affect access.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including changes to third-party search rankings.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time from your billing settings.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
