Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling your plan
You can cancel at any time from Billing inside your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately.
2. Access after cancellation
Your plan remains fully active until the end of the current billing period. After that the account moves to a limited free state.
3. Review links and QR codes
Existing review links and QR codes stop accepting new submissions once a subscription expires. They resume working immediately if you resubscribe.
4. Data after cancellation
Business data, reviews and feedback are retained for 90 days so you can reactivate without losing history. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
5. Unused AI credits
Unused AI credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and are not carried forward.
