• To generate AI review drafts from the answers your customers submit.
• To deliver private feedback to you and produce reputation analytics.
• To process subscriptions, invoices and AI credit balances.
• To provide support and send essential service notifications.

3. AI processing

Customer answers are sent to our AI provider solely to generate a review draft. We do not sell this data and do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly required to run the service (hosting, database, AI and payment processing), and where required by law.

5. Data retention and security

Data is retained for as long as your account is active, and deleted or anonymised after closure unless retention is legally required. All data is encrypted in transit and access-controlled at the database level.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time through our contact form.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
